Is the Posuk. So there is a Maamer of the Mittler Rebbe and also in safer Hasichos which says an earlier Keitz connected to the printing of the Lekutai Torah. Then there was the story that some say Rabbi Groner confirmed by the Rebbe that the Alter Rebbe read that posuk as ה' אלף and when asked why he said because the keitz would be then, i.e. תשע"ה.
